2022: Digital Marketing

Description:

I worked with National OnDemand to create digital content across all of their external platforms. I wrote Search Engine Optimized blog posts and press releases for their website. My work helped their page get indexed in the top 20 of many high-value keywords.

In addition to blog posts, I managed their social media, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts. Every page that I managed surpassed a YOY follower growth of over 20 percent.

TikTok was not actively used by National when I joined. It had 82 followers and hadn’t posted since the year prior. I rose their following to 1300 with several five and six digit view-count videos in five months.

I also wrote intranet articles for their newsletter, ranging from employee spotlights to safety topics.
